Effect of biotic Bacterial Serratia marcescns on some biotic on two spotted spider mite Tetranychus urticae (Koch)

This results indicated that Tetrancyus urticae (Koch) phases were Sensitive to high constriation of Serratia marcescens. Mortality rate was 61.2% due to the concentration of 104 cm/ml after 72 hours.As well as this concentration also gave high mortality rate for larval and adult stages 54.8% and 68.9% after 24&72hours respectively. While the rate reached 77.7% aftet 72 hours.All mortality rate due to104 cm/ml were significantel higher than that of 107 cm/ml .

The Effect of Practical Lessons of Sport Educational College Students on Some Blood, Biochemical Parameters

The current study was desin to evaluate of third stage student’s exercise effort program (SEEP) on some blood (RBC, WBC, Hb, and PCV) and biochemical parameters at the pre and post exercises before and at the end of the SEEP. The results of blood parameters were improved significantly, particularly blood hemoglobin in which the results were recorded an increment in their values on pre-exercise at the end of SEEP as well as to the total count of white blood cell. Whereas the monocyte number percentage decreased at pre-exercise at the end of SEEP, but the eosinophil number percentage decreased at post-exercise at post-SEEP. As far as biochemical analysis concerned, the results were shown an absence of SEEP effects on plasma protein and its fraction albumin, blood glucose, cholesterol, and thyroxin hormone on pre-exercise at the end of SEEP, except the globulin and Creatine Phosphokinase (CPK) enzyme, which were observed a significant decline in their values on pre-exercise at the end of SEEP. Although CPK value went up on post-exercise at pre-SEEP, its value went down significantly post-exercise at the end of SEEP. Considering the blood glucose, the results were shown that glucose decreased significantly post-exercise at pre-SEEP, but there was a significant increment in its value in post-exercise at post-SEEP was observed
